Testing Laboratory

Common info

Testing Laboratory was founded on February 5, 2001 for security audit, testing and evaluation of cryptographic modules (CM). In 2014 Testing Laboratory was joined with ITSec Laboratory.

By now more than 55 CM has been passed security audit in the Testing Laboratory. These CM are used in the Foreign Ministry, the Council of Ministers, the National Bank, the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, Belarusbank, Social Security Fund, etc.

Licence

Special permission (license № 01019/0531677) was issued by Operational and Analytical Centre under the President of the Republic of Belarus to carry out activities on the technical and cryptographic data protection. The license was issued on August 27, 2004, and is valid to August 26, 2019.

Accreditation

Testing Laboratory is accredited in the Accreditation System of the Republic of Belarus (certificate № BY/112 02.1.0.0493, valid from September 11, 2006 to September 11, 2019) against requirements of STB ISO/IEC 17025.

The scope of accreditation:

  • security audit of CM against requirements of STB 1176.1–99 (hashing);
